Lynn started in the Real Estate business in 1997 when the market was still in double digit interest rates.  Since then we have seen the market change drastically.  Interest rates have come down to historical lows, prices went up and then came back down, and market times have gone up and down.  The traditional seller and buyer are now competing with short sales and foreclosures.  During all this Lynn was able to maintain a full-time career in Real Estate and grow as an agent and then a broker.  Last year she hit the career number of over 500 successful sales.

As the Real Estate market has changed so have the advantages of a smaller office vs. a large corporate office.  We are excited to offer our clients full internet exposure and maintain personal service. MLS listings now appear on all broker websites; in addition we have purchased additional internet exposure for each of our listings. Buyers have access to personal interactive MLS searches with control of what listings they receive.

The Network in L&D Realty Network refers to our outstanding business relationships within our industry.  We will provide our clients with a network of lenders, title company, closer, home inspectors, contractors and handyman.  We believe that our individual success depends on surrounding ourselves with other successful individuals who each excel within the Real Estate community.
