Welcome to Lynn Frantzen's Website


I grew up in the Twin Cities and have been a full time Realtor for the past 12 years. I have enjoyed the pleasure of helping both buyers and sellers experience a smooth sale. I really believe that my clients deserve the opportunity to not only find a new home but to enjoy the experience. I take the time needed to explain the process from start to finish and answer your questions along the way. I pride myself in being easy to reach via cell phone or email. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I work easily with both city properties and rural. I have really enjoyed the downtown condo and loft scene. And also all the beautiful homes and sidewalk gardens that you only find in the city. However my clients all realize I live on a small hobby farm with my family and animals. Life is interesting when you can start the morning downtown and end the evening with a horse trailer and truck!
